Flow bolsters senior management team - announces Tony Cuffling as Operations Director

Ipswich-based energy innovation and supply company, Flow, has bolstered its senior management team following the appointment of Tony Cuffling to the newly created role of Operations Director of the company’s smart boiler business.

Tony has extensive management experience and joins from Big Six energy provider Npower, where he carried out a number of positions including Head of Supply Chain and Contract Development. Prior to this, Tony worked in the Army as an Engineering Manager for over twenty years. His role at Flow will involve all operational elements of the Flow Products business including supply chain and logistics, field support services and business improvement projects designed to further enhance customer service.

 
This appointment comes at a significant time for the business, which has seen its customer fuel accounts rise from 100,000 to 250,000 in the past 12 months, alongside the launch of its Flow Eco RF boiler, one of the most reliable and efficient boilers currently available in the UK. On top of this Flow was recently ranked among the best for customer satisfaction by consumer group Which? and was awarded ‘Recommended Provider Status’ in the 2016 Which? annual energy company satisfaction survey.
