ADEY rescues community heating system

Securing funding for large-scale community projects can be a thankless task, so when the 30 year-old heating and hot water system at Pheasey Community Hub in Walsall began to fail and needed replacing, ADEY Professional Heating Solutions stepped in to help.

A busy centre for local classes and events including a special needs group, the debilitating build-up of black magnetite sludge in the heating system had been causing significant problems, particularly during the winter months. With the system nearing collapse and costing the centre an overwhelming amount each month to maintain, the self-funded, volunteer-led group was unable to fund the work. An appeal was made to local installers and manufacturers to help fit a new system and supply the products needed.

Warmworld’s latest Intelligent Heating Control - Dataterm IHC

Warmworld’s latest Intelligent Heating Control the Dataterm IHC is proving to be very successful in reducing fuel spend year on year off  by being extremely flexible and energy conscious at the same time. Tests have proven that Dataterm can save the end user some 25% on fuel spend per annum without any loss of comfort.

In the domestic market this is great but in the commercial market where controls are complex to understand and operate the Dataterm can literally pay for itself in as little as 12 – 18 months making savings on fuel spend in the thousands rather than hundreds, one of our larger clients has already proved that when they refurbished many of their pubs and restaurants.
