Boiler installation and repairs whenever you need them

Most of the major news stories in the UK at the moment are related to the snow. The weather has been incredibly bad, causing all kinds of traffic problems as well as school and business closures. Consequently households are demanding more from their boilers to keep homes warm. This has raised concerns about gas supplies. It also makes people worry about what they would do if their boiler breaks down. Here is some useful advice on this topic from the specialists at warm.co.uk to ease your worries.

Underfloor heating all under one room!

Underfloor heating

Installers can now benefit from greater ease of installation and improved performance of underfloor heating (UFH) systems in individual rooms following the launch of Room Packs by JG Speedfit.

While conventional multi-room UFH projects can be installed with an individual heating circuit in each room, together with a central manifold, wiring centre and pump pack, this approach is less suitable while installing UFH in just one room.

Ravenheat is preparing to add a new model to their range of domestic gas boilers, the HE98S.

After the overwhelming success of the HE98, the HE98S has the same high performance, but with the addition of a stainless steel main heat exchanger. It delivers 31kW to DHW, with a flow rate of 12 l/min at a 35-degree rise and outputs of 3.7kW to 26.4kW to central heating.

The HE98S has been designed with both installers and customers in mind. Ravenheat has listened to feedback from its installers, integrating a stainless steel heat exchanger and brass block, while ensuring the design remains lightweight, easy to install and service, and quiet in operation.
