“No more DNO hassle” says Kensa Heat Pumps with Connect & Notify approvals

Kensa Heat Pumps Shoebox Installation

Kensa Heat Pumps have succeeded in securing their full suite of 3kW to 13kW thermal output single phase ground source heat pumps on the Energy Networks Association (ENA) Connect & Notify database.

The move means British-based manufacturer Kensa has the largest number of ENA Connect & Notify approved ground source heat pump products in the UK – over 60% of the ENA single phase database - enabling simpler, quicker and lower cost ground source heat pump installations.

Kensa Heat Pumps’ Technical Director and co-founder, Guy Cashmore, comments:

“Installers of heat pumps will be familiar with the complications, hassle and potential additional costs of a heat pump not being ENA Connect & Notify approved.

Triton’s Instaflow Water Heater

Triton Showers, the market leader in showers and water heating solutions, has launched Instaflow, a new range of instantaneous water heaters for the reliable supply of hot water on demand. The units are ideal for commercial applications, from workshops and garages to beauticians and florists, where there may not be hot water available but the ability to clean hands is a crucial part of the job.

The Instaflow heaters are available in a range of outputs including 5.4kW, 7.7kW and 10.1kW depending on whether the hot water required is for a single hand basin or kitchen tap, or two outlets. For economical delivery, the water heaters only power up when the water starts to flow meaning no power is wasted when the units are in standby operation.
